Maybe I misunderstood what I bought, but I got the bag. No strap, nothing to help me carry it. Basically it's a big clutch. I hate this. The inside zipper is torn, the zipper is dangling from one side in the middle. Looks like someone broke it trying to open/close earlier. I've seen other photos that have "Vera Bradley" on a small sign (for lack of a better term) and there's nothing quite like it in my bag. I'm not sure how or who to contact with these questions. My husband was quite upset that I paid so much money for a handbag but I got this one. For personal and medical reasons I can't return this even if I tried, so I lost the $50+ I paid for it and I ended up with a bag of crap. It doesn't feel strong, it's very thin and the pattern isn't even what I ordered. There are strange bird things on or near the flowers. Maybe someone tried to make a hummingbird pattern? It's just ugly and crap and I can't use it. I could make a better bag than the one I have and I don't know how to sew. I'm just so disappointed that I got this junk item. :-( I was really looking forward to this bag. I thought the chosen pattern was great. Well?
