My interactions with the business were nothing but disheartening and aggravating to say the least. To begin, the disorganized and unclear layout of the website made it challenging for me to traverse the site and locate the items in which I was interested. Due to the absence of detailed product descriptions, I was forced to resort to making educated guesses and praying for the best when making my purchases. This only served to increase my level of frustration. In addition, the products I ordered were of a very low quality when they were delivered to me. After just one wash, the stitching on the bedding set was already breaking apart, and the decorative pillow covers both looked and felt like they were made of cheap material. It was a significant hassle for me to have to return the bedding set and ask for a refund on it, not to mention a waste of my time. I had to throw away the pillow covers. To make matters even worse, customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the entire process. When I called to enquire about the status of my refund, the representative who answered the phone gave me evasive and drawn-out responses after I waited for a considerable amount of time on the phone. To summarize, I cannot stress enough how strongly I recommend that you do not purchase at the Merrycolor online store. The hassle and aggravation are not worth it when considering the subpar products and service. It is my recommendation that you look into other online retailers rather than the one you are currently using because there are many others that provide superior products and support to customers.
