These things are LEGAL. I didn't have a pedicure in 2020, don't judge too harshly so it goes without saying - my feet needed love. They were very easy to use. Put a boot on each foot, seal with tape and leave for an hour until your legs have absorbed all the charm. Wash your feet and you're done. UNTIL the skin on your feet starts to peel off. It started being a bit subtle on the soles of my toes around day 4, and then it got crazy and big chunks started falling off. It was so rough but so beautiful to see the amazing new skin underneath! I resisted the temptation and instead of removing the skin (following the instructions), I cut off the laggards. I also soaked my feet for about ten minutes each night (again as directed). Some nights I was in the shower and others in the bath. By day 14 the scrub was done and my feet, even around the toenails, are so soft and look amazing. THAT'S WORTH coarse peeling. It comes with two sets which makes it great!
