So far I like this new 230w PSU. The end that plugs into my HP EliteBook-8560p has a molded 90 degree bend that stays connected to the back of the laptop much better than a straight connector. The PSU shown has a straight plug, but the one I received has a 90 degree bend, which I consider a definite improvement. The AC adapter runs much cooler and charges the battery faster when I use the laptop and charge the battery at the same time. The cheaper, smaller 90W power adapters didn't last long and were a big disappointment. I hope this one lasts.
