defective lenses cause Blur vision

I so regret I threw packing away otherwise I would have returned them. I bought them for driving and realize the lenses are defective. I wanted to make sure that it wasn't my eyes issue but after testing other glasses with same power (1.75) and after comparing them with other glasses it was night and day. They are cheap and not worth it.
