We store our golf cart in the garage so I cannot confirm water or wind resistance yet. However, I highly recommend this case for its coverage and weight. I think that's right, and it seems to me that it will withstand external influences well. I really feel a lot better because our car can stay clean and protected, especially when we're spray-painting in the garage or I'm blowing away leaves and dirt. We'll probably feel comfortable parking a cart in our driveway if we have a company that wants to use the garage. Getting dressed is a two person job.
