This headset was part of a job. It didn't happen right away. I charged it for 2 ½ hours and nothing. Went to the youtube tutorial and still nothing and bam! It eventually connected via Bluetooth after exhausting myself troubleshooting. The quality of the material is excellent and I can dig out the sound and, above all, it is beautifully done. I like the softness of the ear cups. My other brand wakes me up with 2 earaches. I doubt this brand will do it. And the last. I need to figure out why I was able to increase the volume but the volume down button wasn't responding? I have a feeling it might be a bit defective but will investigate all of these delayed responses further as it takes over 7 minutes to respond. I just hope I don't get it back. Green pale looks like a combination of matte and glossy. Update July 1, 2021 Sounds like amazing quality. The volume buttons only need to be pressed once and instantly it will go down or up. I need time to get used to the color. This product serves a purpose. 🥰
