Wow, this Max Shine polisher is definitely better than my last one. The motor and handling of this polisher are excellent. It is very ergonomic but heavier. The construction is very solid and I have no doubt that it will outlast the cars/SUVs I will own. Pads are not included, so plan your purchase. On my old buffing machines I had to attach velcro to use different cutting and buffing pads, but MaxShine comes with a pad that makes my current pads stick like glue. It takes a lot of effort to remove them, giving you peace of mind that they won't come loose during use. Although it is designed to be used with smaller pads as you can see in the photos I can easily use a 6 inch pad. The motor is powerful and not noisy, which is a plus. The only downside is that it gets heavy with prolonged use. So if you are working with an SUV or larger vehicle I would suggest attaching the included handle for extra support. Overall, this is great for any level of detail. It's a notable step up in its price range and I would definitely recommend it.
