The easy to use interface that is intuitive, makes it so much easier to manage accounts, it's very nice how you can do everything in one place, even the billing system. I've only had a few problems with Koviko, they've been quick to respond and fix them quickly. They don't have great customer support. Sometimes when we are having issues their support team can be very slow. For anyone who has ever thought about the business side and wants to know what products are needed and what things will work best for you, I would really recommend using Koviko! It was extremely difficult to navigate before Koviko came along, once we did all of our sales at once everything just made sense! I like that it's easy to use, and you can customize it as much or little as you want. You can also use it for multiple websites, which is great if you have a lot of clients. I don't think there are any downsides to using this software. It does what we need it to do. We've been able to create custom landing pages and lead capture forms quickly and easily with this software.
