Doesn't seem safe - Toy
It's not very durable. My little whale managed to rip open the "stump" and pluck out small birds that could pose a threat to larger birds. The hammer was only used as a perch to blow kisses at the mirror. He usually loves activity toys but this was a failure. It's impossible to beat them all!
