I was skeptical when it came ready to use and was amazed at how easy it was not only to use but to clean as well. I chose small cubes for making salsa - everything went smoothly and the cubes were small and even with all my veggies. Tip: Make sure the tomatoes are sliced and then pass through the cube. This will keep the tomato from sticking to the skin.
