Answering Customer Data Questions Quickly

I really like that it allows me have multiple connections at once so when my customer is asking questions about their data they are getting answers from more than one source which helps them make decisions faster! It was confusing sometimes but overall i had no issues using this software as long you know what your doing its easy enought if not then there's plenty support out here who will help walk u through whats going wrong The ease of use is one thing I like best about this product. It has been easy enough to teach my team members how to use it as well. We have had some issues where we've needed to call tech support but they were able to help us out right away. They are very quick to respond and always willing to work through any problems that arise. This software allows me to create an automated process which helps eliminate manual tasks from our day-to-day workflow.

  • Easy for all skill levels (I'm non IT manager)
  • Ease in creating different automation jobs.
  • Automation runs without needing assistance each week, saving time otherwise spent waiting
