weak engine. sticks all the time

I thought with other Cuisinarts this would be reliable and not cause any problems. Following the instructions provided, I filled both ends of the grinder and left it on the charging station for a few days before using it for the first time. Very soon after the first two uses, the device jammed and wouldn't dispense salt or pepper. I shook the machine, tapped my palm several times, adjusted the grind, but couldn't get the stuck one out. it was OK. I manually turned the salt and pepper grinders back and forth to agitate them until they turned easily. I've filled them with new salt/pepper and used them a few times. And jammed again. I repeat the steps above and the block jams almost immediately. So far, thanks to this device, I've thrown away more salt and pepper than I put in my food, so it sits in the drawer until I eventually throw it in the trash. volume

Cons
  • Old model
