This is an overview of the replacement toothbrush heads compatible with Oral B, 4-pack Universal electric toothbrush heads Oral-B Braun Electric Toothbrush Heads (4-pack). They fit easily over Oral B electric toothbrushes. The heads themselves feel pretty good on the teeth, but not as good as Oral B OEM brands. They don't last as long either, but I still prefer them for the price. While the official Oral B is technically superior in every way, it is also much more expensive. They're good enough if they can clean my teeth effectively so I don't have any problems with them. If for some reason you want something that just feels "stronger" on your teeth then consider OEM, but cleanliness should be pretty close no matter what tip you use. I can't justify spending the money Oral B is asking for (Oral B makes most of its money selling brush heads, not selling toothbrushes themselves).
