This is what the filling looks like!

I've never seen anyone stuff this thing so full. I have 3 full size Nikon D4s, 5 lenses, 3 flashes and various cables and cards. I currently have 3 flashes added but on game day it will hold a Sigma 120-300 and the flashes will be removed. A 200-400mm will do, but only with two bodies, a 70-200 and maybe another small lens. The front pocket is big enough for a 15 inch laptop but no more. I'm not sure how long it will last, it's used every day. But it seems well done. The only thing missing is a hard plastic cover behind the wheels to protect against curbs. Haven't tried the backpack yet. I bought it for wheels! After years of carrying Domke bags this will be a nice touch. UPDATE Almost exactly 2 years later, the telescopic handle has come loose and won't go down. It broke off somewhere inside leaving him just hanging around. I used it every day and it was packed with tons of gear. So maybe 2 years is fine. Probably buy another one. Update on second purchase. The bag is slightly different with less support. Inexpensive velcro and dividers inside. I'm stuffing a lot into it, that's why I have it, but it won't last, maybe a year. The holes are starting to open up on the outside where the gears are rubbing and the plastic feet are almost completely worn away. For a professional who uses this every day, after about 6 months this is no longer acceptable.
