My husband suffers from diabetes and 'should' wear these daily. They are far more attractive than the traditional compression hose. The PROBLEM is getting the things on; and then off. We bought some apparatus which helps but doesn't make the process easy. If you are strong enough to put these on by yourself, you probably do not need them. Check YouTube as there are all kinds on instructors giving hints.
