DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY
DO NOT BUY! One side of the rectifier literally burst after 3 months, so one side no longer heats up. You used to be able to buy them in salons, and the company that makes the straightener will replace it within 3 years if it breaks (you had to keep the original packaging for that). They are too expensive to break so easily. I will never buy Chi online again. Of course, my return window had expired a month earlier. All the Chi I had was excellent until I bought this one.
