I bought this kit to fix some dents on my truck because an old oak branch broke and wrecked my truck. I had never done bodywork before so this was new to me. I had some guides, but YouTube and the internet are full of good advice. So I went to work on a warm day and was pleased with my progress. The temperatures of the metal plate and the adhesive are of paramount importance. The included tabs are solid and the slider and manual puller work well. Overall I would recommend this Gliston set. Just make sure you heat the board you're working on and don't let the glue get hot enough to create air bubbles.
