I have been using this service since 2013 when it was called GatherUp! It has helped us hold more successful conferences while saving time in our day-to-day operations as well. The best part is that they are always willing to work within any budget you set up (it's all about money at first). We've had some great success hosting multiple conference calls per week from my office via Zoom or Google Meetings/Hangouts depending upon which platform we're most familiar with; however their customer support helps me connect them each month so there aren't too many problems anymore because of technology changes over those years. Nothing really comes across negatively - just make sure whatever plans you want to host online, like webinars, etc., can be run through an app instead if not possible otherwise people won’t know how to use what you provide unless someone shows then step by step instructions beforehand.
