I got them for my 2 year old birthday. They literally cried over their last pair of pink shoes when they didn't fit. They were recommended by PT so we ordered them. It wasn't until after wearing it to the grocery store that the pink fabric on the tongue had worn off, and they spent most of the trip in the shopping cart. This brought tears of disappointment. Sequins don't fall off everywhere, which bothered me. They are very cute but scratch very easily. Luckily it was for the little one who would quickly outgrow them. There are no further claims!
