I Love This Polyester Harness

I use this article for my raffia hats, I divided the polyester tie into 2 parts. Tried with wires and fishing line. But that's not normal for me. Polyester strap is great. The edges of the hat are soft and elastic, but at the same time perfectly keep their shape.
