It feels nice, definitely a bit lighter than the controller that came with my system. There is a slight input lag, but it's so negligible that I hardly notice it when gaming. I've only had it a few days and the only real issue I've had is that the analog sticks, especially the right one, are actually overly sensitive. It doesn't have enough dead space before you start turning a quarter turn to the right or left. For casual gamers like me, that's not a big issue, it's just a bigger learning curve. However, if you are a competitive player I would not recommend this as it happens quite unexpectedly and very much defeats your purpose.
