packaging in my opinion
The dress is beautiful but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. The least they could do was put it on a hanger. The dress was so wrinkled it needed ironing and the way it was made took some time to iron. It's pretty, but a coat hanger would probably help reduce the wrinkles. You can't wear it out of the box, the beauty of the dress can be seen after being caressed.

- The dress does not run true to size and is often either too small or too large for the intended wearer.
