I like that they are really responsive to feedback from their clients which helps them develop better products faster than if it were just one developer working alone! It's hard for me as user of MagniTek devices because sometimes we're not notified about updates when new versions come out (and you'd think this would be fairly easy) but luckily every now and then there will still always turn up somewhere!
