First, let me start by giving this product a star because I have basic expectations of products and whether those basic expectations are met. failed, although some of the categories may have a higher star, they default to one. So yes, the chair is comfortable, and yes, it's easy to assemble, but it deserves one. I will also say that I only use the Allen key that comes with it and I'm not a very strong person with my hands, the photo shows that one of the bolts escaped completely from the seat. I haven't even sat in it and it's already broken so I tightened it as best I could and everything else sat on the chair for a couple of hours. I was comfortable but when I stretched a little the whole chair broke and I fell on my back, the only boat that came out wobbled and came out naked. This chair is horrible horrible this is the 3rd chair I've bought from Revain don't buy chairs online. I go paperclips. The last chair I bought from Staples was actually very comfortable and not that expensive and I bought their $30 guarantee and after 2 years it finally broke and I got back about 90% of what I paid for paid for that damn thing.
