Many of those who have reviewed these mats are correct - there is - or at least a great risk of getting in - a gap between the mat and the sill. Mine was only on the passenger side too, the rest of the mats were fine. The first set I received had to be returned as the passenger side of the mat curled up the first day and by the third week passengers were stepping on it when getting into the car which only made matters worse. AMAZON was great - they sent new replacement mats so I had the box and return label for the original set. This new set seems much better. But I think over time the same problem will arise because if you push the mat in certain places (and since people have to stand on mats, that's inevitable!) you'll see the edge of the mat. the mat rolls up. I think that's because there's plastic in the sill area that runs along the edge of the floor and the carpets have these carpet grips. This creates a bad fit. The manufacturer has to fix this problem, otherwise it will be like this. Luckily, I don't always carry passengers, so it may be a while before I see curling come back. I also have an idea of cutting off all the handles along this edge, but for now I'll wait and see.
