I read the instructions fully before starting. I followed them as best I could but found them very difficult. For example, it says to mix the contents of the capsule in equal parts with a quarter teaspoon of developer. It would be impossible. There's tons of powder in this capsule, and 1/4 teaspoon will never mix the same thing. I was never able to get it to the creamy consistency they say you want. I kept adding more developers. When mixed together, it turned back into powder. You will also need a very good quality brush to apply this and it is not supplied. I applied the product and waited much longer than recommended. Especially since it took me over 5 minutes to apply the product to each brow. I will rate that the product worked on my eyebrows for at least 8 minutes. In the next step, the residual color is removed. There is no other explanation as to how best to do this. I decided to take an old rag and wipe it down. It washed off really easily and the color of my eyebrows didn't change at all. The blond and gray hair was exactly the same color as before using this product. Definitely waste of money. Let's move on to the next product. I have no idea why it has so many good reviews.
