This item is too small for adults. The guard is tiny - only 3.5 inches long. It fits in a five year old's mouth, but it's definitely too small for an adult. It's thin, thin plastic, and even if it were big enough to fit over your teeth, the plastic is so thin that anyone who grinds their teeth in their sleep would bite into it overnight. I will return this product. Don't waste money.
