You can't go wrong with Shoei! I read many reviews and watched every video I could about Revzilla. This is one of the best Shoei models. This model has been updated with the RF-1400, giving you a 40-50% discount (so grab it while you can!). The helmet is very comfortable and very quiet, however I had to buy 31 cheek pads (I had "fish lips" and bit my cheeks). The cheek pads should fit snugly, but you should be able to control the biting of the cheeks when speaking. It was well packaged in the original box which includes the fog shield, instructions and chin pad. The inner padding is made of high-quality materials and can be easily removed for washing. I've tried many different helmets - cheaper and more expensive ones - but this one fits like a glove. I am a woman with an oval face (my husband tried different sizes of this model but always felt too much pressure on his forehead. He ended up buying a Shoei Neotec II and loved it.) This helmet does not have a sun visor. However, you can comfortably carry your own sunglasses. I've read great reviews about the transition visor for this helmet (about $199) and may buy one. As said, excellent quality (made in Japan! and used by professionals), amazing price, very comfortable and silent. Get it while you can! hp Combine it with the Cardo Packtalk Bold and you're sitting in your living room with your helmet on and listening to music! JBL can't go wrong!
