This is my first time owning and using cast iron but I think I'm loving it! I thought it would be difficult for me to remove the leftover glaze from the honey and brown sugar - I was wrong. So easy and I wiped it off with a cloth after using warm water. Super fast, super easy. I'm happy to keep using them!
