I very much hope that it is not only polished but also sealed as advertised because I cannot test the latter. As it stands, however, it serves its purpose. For hard lather I spray a few drops, leave for a minute or two, take a light brush or sponge and scrub a little. I wipe it off with a tower of paper and spray it again a couple of times and let it sit for another minute. Then simply wipe with a soft microfiber cloth in circular motions until completely dry. If you leave it a little damp it will leave light spots and it won't have the shine you want. The product has a slight odor but is odorless and colorless.
