Review on 💇 Layrite Superhold Pomade - 4oz by Lacey Barbee

Of all the lipsticks I've tried (Admiral Red, Admiral Grey, Sheer Revival, Teddy Boy Matte and JS Sloane Heavy) this is without a doubt my favourite. Water based is definitely better for many reasons. Layrite sets easily, smells nice and lasts all day. Pompadour, side parts, puffy, smooth back. If you use a lot, yes it will make your hair a little crusty as it dries. Later adjustments are easy, just wash your hair with your hands and comb through. They also don't leave a residue when you run your hands through your hair like some of the other products in this range. Flushing is easy and requires no special chemicals or procedures. The 4.25-ounce jar is also more generous than other similar lipsticks, but not TSA-worthy if you want to go through security with this stuff. I bought a couple of empty 3 ounce jars to use for this purpose only. I'm so glad I tried Layrite, now it's my lipstick!
