I love the fact that this product is portable and works without having to stick it out the window! But there are accessories that come with the kit. There really isn't anything not to like about this device. Yes, it's a bit noisy, but it's an 8000 BTU air conditioner! For the price paid I can't expect anything better. Many thanks to Rosewill for making a great device. This company never lets me down.
