So much potential - Great team members though not flawless
The platform is easy to use. They have tools that can help you with a variety of things such as social media management, lead generation, and data collection with their website tool. The customer service from traffic roots isn't the best. Whenever I've had questions or concerns, they've been almost impossible to get in touch with. They seem like an afterthought in this day and age. They should really focus on getting rid of the communication problems. Get all of the tools that you need, but make sure you know how to use them well. We are collecting contact information so we can market to our target audience more effectively. I like that they offer many different options for ad campaigns so it's easy to figure out what will fit my needs best! They are also very thorough in their customer service department-they have helpful staff who can answer any questions you may have about working through an account or campaign. There isn't anything too negative at this time. You should try them once if possible because there is nothing we dislike yet but maybe our experience has just been great thus far?
- It was simple enough when using both platforms (website AND app) while setting up ads within each one individually; however not much else comes into play here besides ease of accessibility which could be improved upon by making changes throughout certain aspects/features offered via these two mediums separately instead than together..such as having separate tabs dedicated specifically towards managing leads versus those geared only toward marketing purposes etc.etc..it would appear confusing due its lack
