The new best way to cook indirect chicken on Webber.
I've used this a few times and it works great for indirect steaks and as an added bonus the center is super hot for searing steaks. The metal is thick enough to hold and as long as stainless steel is decent it should hold up. If this lasts a few years I would buy another one as a replacement.
