This kit was recently purchased and I am pleased to report that it works as advertised. In fact, they go beyond that. I work on the system as I type. At first it was difficult to connect Bluetooth. To my surprise, reading the instructions helped. Don't forget to set the remote to change settings until the speakers switch to Bluetooth mode. You can also do this on the speaker itself. At the moment, the system has sufficient sharpness and clarity. I hope I get more when they crack. The issues relevant to me were the incredibly unintuitive console. Why would it be changed to a drive just for this system? As already mentioned, getting it right is problematic. This does not happen in low light conditions. I would say if the remote had been a beta test it would have failed. The controls on the side of the speaker aren't clearly labeled and it's hard to tell where you are when you change them. That being said, a solid speaker set costs a little more, but it's worth it.
