Bought a shoulder bag for a trip to New York and was initially pleased with the bag. The leather is nice and soft and it had plenty of roomy compartments to keep everything organized. On the very first day in New York, the strap of the shoulder bag broke, it wasn't sewn - it was impossible to use it as a shoulder bag. upset
