This is not the same as you buy elsewhere. I have not encountered any fakes, but they are of poor quality. I think the absorbency is the same, but the inner lining is different and the material is more scratchy. My 2 year old complains of itching in his thighs and tearing them off. She has red marks on her thighs where she rubs. At least not a rash. These are the only diapers she can wear without hurting her sensitive skin. Buy straight into the black with their frequent gift cards. (Last year I got the fake ones from Revain and they were different. Pampers probably makes a cheaper version for Revain. Not worth it. I'm done with Revain baby products that I can't find elsewhere.)
