They look exactly like the pictures. They're incredibly easy to put together, and if you just use paperclips instead of sticky glue, you can fold them up afterwards and put them away for the next event. The only potential downside I have with them is that when you hang them on the wall they look a little weird so you'll need to put some tape on the underside to keep them looking perfect. But that's more of a personal preference than a real issue.
