4/5/2020 Replacement keyboard was received on 2/24/2020 with no issues. Around March 26th, one of the keys stopped working completely. The apostrophe doesn't work, but the quote does. Strange since both use the same key. As a workaround, I disable the Smart Connector and then use the virtual keyboard to type an apostrophe, then reconnect the Smart Connector to return to the Mangotek keyboard. On the whole, this bug is a minor annoyance, but raises questions about the keyboard's durability. I mainly use the keyboard for texting and email, so I'm wondering if there will be more crashes for a more active user. I have contacted the company about the problem and am waiting for their response. However, regarding COVID-19 issues, I don't expect a quick response. Who knows. Previous Review The good news is that the keyboard works as advertised. The bad news is that the keyboard died after nine months, but I think that's "good news" because Mangotek willingly replaced the keyboard because it was covered by a one-year warranty. I really like the keyboard's smart connector, but I only gave the keyboard a "3" for strength and durability because it died after nine months. The replacement device arrived today and worked immediately. Based on what happened with the first keyboard, I have my fingers crossed for durability. I wish I could cut it into 3 1/2 stars
