2 Stars: If you have several of these products the remote controls will work with all of them. Makes it impossible to use the remote control when you have multiple products next to each other. Didn't solve my latency problem either. Update: I rarely change star ratings, but this is actually surprisingly good hardware. You can work around the above problem by using an IR extender and a little ingenuity. (Duplicate IR codes are really inevitable and I bought another 4x4 HDMI switch and they used the same codes so the remotes still interfere with each other but now in an unexpected way). In the end I decided to keep 2 Monoprice. On the plus side, I now have 2 remotes.
