We have a 1000 ft long stone driveway that goes down a hill, so we got this receptacle for oversized packages to leave up by our mailbox near the main road. it's perfect. We weighted it down with two large rocks in the bottom of it. At some point we will put a small layer of concrete in it and ditch the rocks. There's also a vent for the box to breath. I added a " Put Deliveries Here" sign on it, (purchased separately). The lid fits securely so there's no leaks and the wind has not blown it off. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.
