I will update this as time goes on. I hope I don't have to send the headset back. First: This is the SE version, several reviews said it is the standard version, but it is the SE version. Second, the mic sounds great! I turn the microphone off or on 🎙. I'll see if I can do that. That's all for now. Update: Microphone voice prompts now work. I am using an audio routing program and it is interfering with the microphone's voice prompts. Battery life is great. I've been using the headset all day and have more than half the battery left. The sound is crisp and clear, but I need to tweak the EQ a bit to get what I like. It works great wirelessly. I've been using it cordless all day and haven't had any issues. Overall I am very happy with this refurbished Corsair Virtuoso SE! 5 stars ⭐️
