The ease at which you can connect, setup & configure this device with other connected things from all around the world without any hassle! I like that it's so flexible in allowing me to do just about anything i want when using my cell phone as an access point instead of having to use another router/ap if needed! Not much but there are some things we would love to see improved upon such as additional app support - including android wear apps etc. It really has been great being able to control our home electronics remotely via smartphone or tablet while away from the house! Our smart lighting system was very easy to set up within minutes after receiving instructions over email form their customer service team. There were no issues found during initial testing phase, everything seemed smooth sailing until one day they went down completely not responding to commands received by mobile application!! Their techs couldn't be reached either directly nor through their website even though internet connection was still working fine everywhere.
