Cute but a bit tight with stiff ruffles.
This shirt has a lot of potential. The ruffles are too stiff if that makes sense. And it was a little tight, still cute. The bow at the back is cute, my daughter sometimes wears it backwards so the bow is in the front and you can't tell it's backwards. The only thing that confuses me for giving it 5 stars is a little tightness and frills. A bit like Queen Elizabeth.
