I don't know if it works
I've tried many ways to lose weight and I still can't lose weight. I'm 5ft 6ft 154lbs and my weight doesn't fall into good genetic ranges lol. i miss my old body (125 lbs) and my current goal is 135 by the end of september (currently mid august), my starting weight was 160โฆ. I lost 6 pounds and started eating less. I'm not sure if it's the pills or the lack of calories, but I don't have more bowel movements than usual so I hope it's not a waste of money. I will update this review in the next month or so!
