I like that they are very friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable about sales force platform in general as well as how it can be used for our needs specifically. They have created several customizations (such as adding an API) which we were not aware of at first but came up during discussions. The pricing model could use some fine tuning - there's no way to know exactly what you will pay until after your contract has been signed so this should probably change. We decided between 2 different providers; their support was one factor along with price. Their responsiveness and knowledge level also made them stand out from other vendors/partners who either did not respond or had little experience working within SFP overall.
