Honestly, I'm usually between sizes anyway (10.5/11 for men). I had to get them bigger as the 10.5 was too tight and the 11 is a little loose on me, but I kept them because they are really comfortable and I really like the look. I use them for standing training (no jumping or running) and overall I'm happy with them. They work well, as do casual/hiking shoes. I would not use them for running, but they are not suitable for that either, as the base is very wide, especially on the sole. Deducted 1 star because it doesn't fit like I will with every brand until someone makes a shoe that actually fits me, but overall the quality seems high and I'm happy with my purchase.
