Convenient, but not a substitute for paper towels.
Like everyone else I want to save paper but they are NOT replacing a paper towel. When dry they are as hard as a board. Imagine if your paper towel was like this, I'm not sure what you could do with it. It's just useless and too small and thick to be used as a paper towel. On the plus side, when it gets wet it makes a very good washcloth and wipes down countertops without leaving a trace of moisture. They wash well and have quite a bit of life in them, although eventually they will have to be thrown away. I will use mine but will not order again.
