This chair is exactly the same as the cheapest chair on Amazon but costs about $80 more. It's only slightly adjustable: the armrests go up and down, the seat reclines, the backrest reclines and is adjustable in height, but nothing else can be changed. I was hoping to move my back up and down as I have an S shaped spine and need lumbar support to get taller but I can't. Also, after less than a week of use, the chair started moving and creaking. I got this to replace a chair that had broken pneumatic functions, but this 10 year old chair is better than this one. In fact, as far as I can tell, it's worse for my back. In addition, the hands are uneven. The left will be larger than the right and there doesn't seem to be a way to fix this. I've adjusted it a few times and the only way to align them is to bring them all the way down. A serious problem, because uneven armrests lead to back problems.
